WordPress Automation Tools and Tips
When I started the company seven years ago, I did everything and everything was done by myself. I understood that I did not understand that I had to find and set up some WordPress automation tools for a long time. For many years I have used so many plugins, mother-in-products products, and tools. Many have come and gone, but some good people are stuck and I am thankful to them.
It is wrong to believe that marketing and sales on the internet are fast and easy. That’s okay. There are many components to successful marketing efforts.
The reality of the situation is that internet marketing opens doors for the world and it is possible to do so. I believe that this is really an open book of open options for every person and anyone can use the internet to achieve their goals.
But success comes only with planning, hard work, and hard work. Adding to the right tools can help to focus on planning and creativity, with less stress on everyday activities. These changes do not make you happy, but it also brings very good results.
Simple work with this WordPress automation tools
Today I want to share some of my favorite tools to automate WordPress and my daily workflow. Some are found in WordPress’s Dashboard and there are other third-party applications. Some are free and others are paid on a monthly or annual basis. All their money is worth the price.
Akademit – If you use WordPress on a blog and you have turned on comments, then you need to use the Exit A plug-in. It monitors efficiently incoming comments and addresses any spam by the user without any interaction.
AutomateWoo – This is a powerful extension for WooCommerce, which provides follow-up communication based on a user-defined workflow. We use this plugin to automatically alert theme buyers that their membership is expiring and requests to be renewed to receive ongoing support.
Dlvr.it – I recently found this software service and I love it! We have several social media profiles and this tool helps automate posting based on RSS feeds. I use Web Shadow Post as well as share articles on my favorite websites and blogs. After Hot secret, it provides many options and is more favorable with more usefulness.
Follow-up Email – This is our second WooCommerce extension which I use for our on-boarding of stock creation themes and online SEO courses for onboarding. After the order has been processed, there are multiple emails scheduled to send to me. They give information about using a new theme or curriculum, as well as answer many of the common questions that I get back to time and time. This WordPress plugin has reduced my support time and increased customer satisfaction.
Gravity Form – We have bought this WordPress plugin a Developer license years ago and I believe that this is one of the best WordPress plugins available. The developer is deep, the plugin is strong and the user interface is excellent. Every custom website we create uses Gravity Forms and I ensure that each stock theme is stylish for it.
Gravity Form MailChimp Add-on – This Gravity Form extension connects to MailChimp WordPress inquiry form. Subscribers are automatically assigned to MailChimp and added to the correct email list.
Hotwer – is a tool that I recently discovered based on the referrals of another WordPress developer. It’s like people looking at a mall, but it’s on your own website. If you want to know what people do when you open your website, this tool is amazing. It also offers a free trial. This tool will save you time in user surveys and designs.
iThemes Sync – Sync allows you to manage updates on all your WordPress sites in one place. It connects with Backup which will automate remote website backups and keep you safe. The IThemes team is very convincing and they build excellent plugins.
MailChimp – This is a third-party software solution that provides email campaigns and RSS based email. I occasionally send personal emails to groups of users, we actively use this service to send a weekly newsletter to blog members. MailChimp uses the RSS feeds of our blog to automatically create newsletters and send presets day and time.
Simple URL – This plugin helps me get in touch with external websites and helps keep track of these hyperlinks. I use it to associate with frequently referred destination blogs and support forums It’s also good to manage affiliate links.
Subscribe to comments – This plugin is a free piece of software that I have used for many years. Give users suggestions on blog comment updates for a specific post.

WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration – This adds WooCommerce sales to additional Google Analytics accounts in WooCommerce. This allows GA to track sales and reports on important data such as sales through sales, daily sales, etc.
Subscribe to WooCommerce MailChimp – This WooCommerce extension has not only saved my time, so our weekly newsletter has been increased greatly by subscribing to subscribe. He drops in the checkboxes on our shopping cart and tells buyers if they want to subscribe to our blog. Fast and simple, but responsible for creating thousands of customers.
WP 101 – I subscribe to WP 101 and each custom website we develop includes how to do the tutorial. This means that I know that the latest information is always available to my clients and I do not have to do anything. Like other tools, this plugin is a double win because it saves me time and makes my client happy.
Yoast SEO – I’ve used the Yoast SEO plugin for years. This helps automate some SEO endeavors by providing SEO grades on each post or page. Although not all that is needed for SEO, it helps deliver feedback and solid product XML Sitemaps for search engines.
